This half term the Year 12s have worked with the Education Business Partnership (EBP). The EBP is a fantastic organisation which pairs business volunteers with students to share their knowledge. The Year 12s were lucky enough to be visited by Victoria from the EPB & Jennifer & Ian, business volunteers. The Year 12s completed a session getting to know their own strengths and weaknesses and how best to prepare for interviews. Our business volunteers were able to share with our students how valuable, and frequently used, skills audits are within companies and how they can develop their skill set.

The Year 12s commented that it was fantastic hearing from others and industry how important skills audits are and they're not just tick box tasks, or just completed in schools. The EBP were incredibly impressed by Park House students who were well behaved and engaged positively with each activity.
