Careers Successes
Pepsico Apprenticeship
Congratulations to Max A, Year 13 student, on successfully getting an Apprenticeship at PepsiCo.
“The selection process took place over 4 steps, first my application was reviewed by hiring managers followed by an online Numeracy and literacy test as well as an online interview and finally an assessment day. The assessment day took place at PepsiCo offices, Green Park, Reading. I was tasked with presenting and explaining my new product idea and how I would market it using £100,000. I also engaged in team building exercises and an interview. I am pleased to say I was successful and starting my career at PepsiCo will be starting a degree apprenticeship in supply chain management this September!”
The Numbers Add Up
Congratulations to Megan V (Year 13) on her success securing an apprenticeship at Ross Brooke Accountants.
“I was lucky to complete my work experience at Ross Brooke in Year 12 and this gave me a taste of what accountancy would be like. I also completed summer school in accountancy last year to prepare for the AAT exams. Then when the apprenticeship courses opened at Ross Brooke I applied and went through a tough interview process and was successful in getting a place. I am really pleased I know what I am doing next September and look forward to my future career in finance.“
